UNS S31803 Materjal is a duplex stainless steel with 22% chromium content. Grade 2205 steel pipes are resistant to localized corrosion and pitting. Due to the addition of molybdenum in duplex materials, they have very low wear in chloride-rich solutions. The low nickel content in alloy S31803 material makes it lightweight. Compared with the common 304/316 stainless steel grades, it has twice the strength and significantly improved corrosion resistance, and can withfor the high tension and pressure in hydraulic systems.
